It has been confirmed that original stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson will reprise their iconic roles in the latest chapter of the Hunger Games film series, titled The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. The project is now in the works.

The actors are returning as Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, the characters they made famous. Industry whispers indicate their cameos will probably be featured in a flash-forward sequence, given that the main film series concluded with their characters married and with children.
